Consultation sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice are refunded in full.
Deposits
Project deposits secure scheduling and preparation work. Deposit terms are stated in the proposal before payment.
Completed work
Fees for work already completed and delivered are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
