Deliverables and scope
Deliverables are limited to those listed in the approved proposal. Work outside that scope requires a change request.
Client responsibilities
The client provides timely access to data, information, and stakeholders, and confirms it has the right to share that data.
Timelines
Timelines are estimates and depend on timely client input and data readiness.
Revisions and acceptance
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Deliverables are deemed accepted if no written feedback is received within the agreed review period.
Change requests
Changes to scope are documented and may affect price and timeline; they take effect once approved in writing.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. The client pays for work completed up to the termination date.
